Refund and Cancellation Policy
Manolayam Trust operates under a strict No Returns, No Exchange, and No Cancellations Policy. Once a product is purchased, refunds or exchanges are not available. Please carefully review product details, including size and color specifications mentioned in the images and descriptions before making a purchase. Our Quality Check team ensures each product is inspected for defects before shipment.
However, if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, damage in transit, or if an item is missing from your order, you can register a complaint within 48 hours by sending an email to support@manolayam.org. To be eligible for a refund, you must provide a video of the unboxing process to demonstrate the defect. Please include your order number along with the unboxing video.
Our team will respond to your complaint within 2-5 working days and will communicate with you regarding the next steps if you are eligible for a refund or replacement.
If your delivery status shows “delivered” but you have not received the product, please inform us within 24 hours by emailing us at support@manolayam.org with the subject line “wrong delivery status.” Failure to do so within 24 hours will result in forfeiting eligibility for refunds or support from our team.
If you do not receive the refund within the specified timeframe, please check your bank account or contact your bank, as processing times may vary. You may also reach out to us at support@manolayam.org for assistance.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds or cancellations for CUSTOM PRODUCTS are not entertained.
